Go to the installation path of the application (by default this is C: \ Program Files \ Google \ Chrome \ Application)
Right click on chrome.exe
Click on Properties
Click on the tab Compatibility
Click on Change settings for all users
Enable Compatibility Modes and set it to Windows 8
Then click Change high DPI settings at the bottom
Ignore high DPI scaling > Make scaling adjustments by: System (enhanced)
Apply all changes
At this point, the browser will open in compatibility mode
