We received a warning in PRTG with the Synology Disk Status: Not Initialised. In our case it were 2 disks placed in the Synology but nog assigned to a volume. Since there is nothing wrong we have created a custom lookup file. Go to the “PRTG Network Monitor\lookups” in your Program Files.
Copy the file prtg.standardlookups.Synology.DiskStatus.custom.ovl to the custom subfolder. Change the state to Ok (row 10) and save the file. Restart the PRTG services. You don’t have to change the sensor. PRTG prefers the lookups in the custom folder.
