Startup in recover mode with the option key pressed until the apple logo.
Go now to the terminal and enter: date 01115124517
You should get the new time and it should be jan 1 12:45 2017.
Quit the terminal and start the reinstall. Choose the local disk where you want to install and continue. After some time it will ask again where to install. Go again to the terminal and enter the same date as before. Continue now the setup and it should be working now.
