There is an option to boot into the BIOS without using the normal hotkeys (F10, F12, ESC.).
Step 1. Start up the laptop/pc with a normal Windows boot.
Step 2. When entering the log in screen, press left shift and hold while restarting the device by clicking the restart option on the bottom right corner of the screen. Once restarted, screen show several boot options.
Step 3. Select ‘Troubleshoot’.
Step 4. Select ‘Advanced Options’.
Step 5. Select ‘UEFI Firmware Settings’.
Once you restart the device by selecting UEFI Firmware Settings, the device will automatically start into the boot options menu. From here you have access to the BIOS.
